Reservations.
Reservations are considered firm unless accompanied by a deposit of 30% of total price or guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of stay (card number, expiry date and security code), deducted at the end of the agreed stay.
Rooms are available from 14h on the day of arrival and must be paid no later than 11h on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy.
Between 15 days and 4 days, we keep the deposit for a future stay to be worth in 12 months. For 3 days or less, the deposit is definitely acquired.
In case of no show, the first night will be charged in full.
