In order to make effective your order on our schedule, it may be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the estimate, with twice the signed quotation for approval.
The balance upon receipt of invoice, cash settlement.
For cancellation of the order by the client, 15 calendar days preceding the date of delivery, the first deposit will be refunded 7 days before the date of the event. Cancellation within 2 days will be 50% of the total.

Confirmation of numbers at least 10 days before the reception. Ability to refine 48 hours before the event.
The numbers ordered 48 hours before the event will be the numbers charged.
Catering service in:
Consumption, if any remains will be the responsibility of the client. In this case, a release must be signed by the customer.
Loss and breakage of equipment are charged to the client.
Prices remain valid for three months after the date of dispatch of estimate and may be subject to variation depending on the rates.
The cost of repair resulting from damage to equipment and facilities available to customers will be the responsibility of the latter.
Responsibility for L'Auberge du Parc is fully engaged in respect of all ancillary services billed by itself and included in the final contract.
In the case of services billed directly by the supplier to the customer, Auberge du Parc, acting as intermediary, fully releases its responsibility vis-à-vis the latter. The client will in no case be used against the Auberge du Parc in the case of irregularities in the delivery of the other provider.
The new EU laws governing the profession under the control of dgsv (Veterinary Services) and D.G.C.C.R.F. (Fraud) oblige us to destroy and discard after receiving all products to consumers or reheated.
Therefore, being bound by imperative instructions, our company releases its full responsibility on the risks if clients insist on retaining the remaining products, even for animal consumption.
All disputes concerning the interpretation and enforcement of these terms will be the responsibility of the Commercial Court of Epinal.
