The Gourmet Cuisine of Belvédère is more than a simple restaurant. In a Gourmet Cuisine you have the certainty that the courses are entirely prepared on the spot by a qualified chef passionate by his work who cooks only with products carefully selected for their genuineness and their taste.

Very memorableThe setting was beautiful and the restaurant had charm. It was lovely to be greeted and farewelled by the chef who took great pride in the menu. The meal was an excellent sample of local cuisine. Chef was very helpful in suggesting options for a coeliac member of our group.

Second visit to allow our son experience BelvedereWe had a fantastic meal, wonderful food cooked with love. The service was not rushed and the waitress took great patience to explain each dish she served us. Our son said he would certainly return and bring some friends.

MagnifiqueWe booked here for Sunday lunch May 13. The Owner/Chef greeted us at the door. The view from most exterior tables and some inside is amazing as is the food. Each dish is exquisitely presented and tastes as good as it looks. Foie Gras, terrine, duck, lamb, desserts were the dishes we ordered and each one was perfect. Sauces complemented and enhanced the main ingredient. This Restaurant surpassed the supposedly great ones we ate at in Paris. (We are travelling from Australia). Service is also first class and the wait person and Monique the Owners wife coped with our poor French. Michel the Owner again met us as we were leaving asking if all was Good which we assured him it was. A First Class establishment, well run and food to die for. Kerry.

AmazingThe restaurant provides high quality food from the area. The chef and his wife personally greeted us. They made sure we were welcome, even though we did not speak french well. We picked the $43 menu, which was more than worth its price. The dinner was excellent in all areas. The atmosphere of this place is also great. Because it is so small, you do not feel like there are others and feel at ease. Furthermore, the view of the Dordogne is breath-taking. I would recommend this place for everyone, but I would go for lunch so you can enjoy your meal to its fullest.
