A 25% deposit is required for booking. In case of cancellation within 30 days before the arrival date the deposit is refunded after deducting bank charges.
After that date it is kept. And if the cancellation occurs 10 days before the date of commencement of stay will be charged 60% of the amount of the reservation. If cancellation occurs within the period of 8 days prior to arrival the total cost will be charged on the customer's card.
