Loop on the southern side of the Méjean Causse and the chance to enjoy the magnificent and wild Jonte Gorges (ledges). To visit: Saint-Gervais Chapel perched on its rock, the Causse houses in the village of Hyelzas and the farmhouses, Caussenarde d'Autrefois Farm (ecomuseum - visit lasts 1 hour.), the flight of vultures... Snack bar/meal breaks available at the Hyelzas cheese factory or at the Douzes bar-restaurant.

From the village of La Parade (town hall), follow the D63 towards Millau for a few metres and then turn left towards Hyelzas (4,5 km).
Depart from the village of Hyelzas, below the car park of the Caussenarde d'Autrefois Farm, ecomuseum.
Descend the Combes de Marty towards the Jonte Gorges.
Turn right when you arrive at the D996 road and follow it for about 1 km (towards Le Rozier).
Take the trail on the right in the village of Les Douzes towards Saint Gervais Rock.
On the way, enjoy a short loop to the chapel of the same name...
Make your way towards the village of Les Bastides where you will find the GR6. Turn right on to it and return to Hyelzas.
