The PR 3 is a short and easy walk ideal for families with young children. It goes around Labarthe Cirque where you will find the Maison du Patrimoine (eco-museum freely accessible) and Caylus Lake. Two woods line the cirque: Labarthe wood and Escarcelle wood, both Sensitive Natural Spaces thanks to their great variety of plant life.

Make your way towards Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val (D 19). On the way out of the village of Caylus, there is a large car park on your left (also a free site for campervans with water and sanitation facilities).
The walk is the PR 3 (wooden arrow with PR 3 painted in yellow).
After following the right side of the lake, you will climb up to the Causse. From there, you will enjoy a magnificent view over Caylus at the Croix viewpoint. Make your way to the D926 and cross it. Pass next to Montplaisir Farm, which has two magnificent and imposing dovecotes.
The walk ends with a descent into the valley where you will find an old restored bread oven.
