Large 1000m² private garden - The house has a large private garden (1000 m²) full of mature trees, shrubs and box hedges and a lawn to enjoy the glorious sunshine. The old barn has been converted in to a covered area and has plenty of shade during the day and during the evening is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet. Garden furniture (sitting and reclining) is provided for 8 people. There is an above ground swimming pool for a refreshing swim. All mod cons - The huge 80 m² living room is divided into a sitting, dining and kitchen area. With high ceilings the room is very light and airy, it has under-floor heating, a wood-burning stove and ambient lighting. Perfect sound and images : a 48 '' curved hd flat screen satellite tv with all uk channels, audio system, Apple tv to stream your audio or movies, Wi-Fi internet. There is a large wooden dining table to enjoy meals with family and friends. Luxury Entertainment Space - For the summer of 2012, the attic was converted into a spacious and luxurious 'Entertainment Room'. To offer even more comfort to our guests we have created an ideal place to watch films, listen to music or play a game of table tennis…or perhaps to just get away from it all. Bathrooms - The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom area with toilet, washbasin and a large bath. All bedrooms have large chests of drawers and good hanging space for clothes, and two bedrooms have a washbasin in each. The family bathroom off the first floor hallway has a large double shower, washbasin and toilet. It has a heated towel rail. There is a toilet off the ground floor entry hall and a third toilet at the end of the first floor corridor…four in total !!
