LOCALISATION IN THE MARNE

Reims, city of art and history, (Site of Unesco world heritage). It has a cathedral, the famous Champagne houses and 250 km of cellars installed in Gallo Roman chalk mines. Vitry-le-Francois, enjoy the navigable and swimming areas of lake Der-Chantecocq, the largest european artificial lake, with water sports and various leisure activities. Do not miss the cranes, from October to March, who spend some time in the area on their way south. The trois Fontaines cisternian abbey, built in the 12th century. Troyes, where Middle Age lives along with modern commercial activity. Bar-le-Duc and its surroundings and it's Reanissance wanderings.
By rail: From Vitry le Francois station (750 metres): - Exit the station onto Place de la Gare and turn right. - Turn left at the end of the road onto Avenue de La République. - Continue along the street, head straight across over the roundabout. - Bear right onto Boulevard Carnot. - Turn right onto Faubourg Leon Bourgeois, and the hotel is on the left. Taxis will also be available from the station.
