Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of 200 € is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This accommodation does not have an outdoor area. Reception opening hours during summer: - Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 - Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Prices include : accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees). The outdoor heated pool is open from June to September.
