Reception opening hours: From 23/03/2013 to the 03/11/2013: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 10:00 to 12:00, Closed on Wednesday and Closed on Sunday afternoon. From the 21/12/2012 to the 06/01/2013 and from the 15/02/2013 to the 23/03/2013: Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Wednesday : 09:00 to 12:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Closed on Sundays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Room rates include: 7 nights accommodation, bed linen, towels, 2 tea towels, a cleaning kit, TV, end-of-stay cleaning (except for kitchen area and washing up), all taxes and fees (excluding the tourist tax). Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. For stays from 7 nights or more the price include TV, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), and taxes (except local tax). For shorts stays from 2 to 6 nights the check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00). The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the apartment. The kit includes: 1 folding bed with 1 fitted sheet, 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. It is at an extra charge and subject to availability. Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay and should be payed by cheque or credit card. Please note that from 23 March 2013, private parking on site is subject to availability.
