General sales conditions of campsite Domaine de Gil 2015 - We ask you to read carefully the following general conditions. By booking a stay, you agree to fully comply with these conditions. Booking conditions - • The reservation only becomes effective : 1. with the agreement of Domaine de Gil, 2. upon receipt of the deposit, 3. upon receipt of the reservation contract fully completed and signed or after the agreement of the general sales conditions during a reservation online. Before returning the reservation contract, please check availability with the booking service of the campsite. The booking service will give you an option which is valid for 10 days. If we do not receive the contract and deposit during this period, the option will be automatically cancelled, without any reminder from us. • The Domaine de Gil is free to accept or refuse, depending on availabilities. • The Domaine de Gil proposes family stay and accommodations have been specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation which not follow this principle, or which tries to make this principle different. • The reservation of a pitch or a mobile home is personal. It cannot be sublet or surrender, except with the consent of the campsite management - • The campsite keeps the right to refuse the access to families whose number of members exceeds the capacity of the rented accommodation and if the names do not correspond at the arrival. • A reservation is definitive : no refund or reduction will be made in case of the absence of a vacationer on the pitch during one or several nights, a late arrival or an early departure. • The campsite management keeps the right to change the allocated number ; we will take as much as possible in consideration each one's mentioned preferences. In no case this can be a valid reason to cancel the reservation. • The place « car park » of the mobile home or pitch is made for only one vehicle. Any other vehicle must be parked outside of the campsite. • The access to the swimming-pool area is regulated by the wearing of a bracelet and only reserved to the customer of the campsite. (shorts, boxershorts, bermuda shorts are strictly forbidden - swimming trunks compulsory). It's forbidden to drink, eat and smoke in the swimming pool area. Big inflatable is forbidden in the swimming pool. • Charcoal or wood barbecues are strictly forbidden on the campsite. Gas or electric barbecues are tolerated. • Persons under 18 have to be accompanied by their parents or their legal guardians. • bracelet : wearing of the bracelet is compulsory from the arrival and during all the stay (it has to be seen). We will charge for any lost or damage. • Children are under the responsibility of their parents, even when they play on the leisure structures. Do not let your children play in the sanitary bloc or with the entry barrier. • visitors : They're accepted between 11.00am to 10.30pm with the payment of 4 € per day and per person and 2 € for children under 10. They have to park their car at the car park outside of the campsite and come at the reception (or at the bar if it's closed) at their arrival. Dogs and access to the swimming-pool area is forbidden for security and insurance reasons. Visitors have to wear a bracelet (it has to be seen), given at the reception or at the bar after registration. Any abuse from visitors or vacationers can make them expulsed from the campsite. • Traffic (motorbikes, cars) on the campsite is prohibited between 11 pm and 7 am. • Night's rest has to be respected by all the campers between 11 pm and 7 am. • The customer is required to comply with the campsite rules which are available at reception or sent upon request. Otherwise, management may take any necessary measure to forbid access to the campsite. Your stay - Hiring : In July and August, the mobile homes will only be rented by week, from Saturday till Saturday or from Sunday till Sunday. Possibility of rental another day, only during low season and depending on availabilities. • It is strictly forbidden to put up any additional installations (tents, for example) next to the rented accommodation. • Sheets are not supplied on mobile homes but are compulsory. • Smoking is prohibited in all rental accommodations. • Bunk beds are forbidden under 6 and more than 12 years old (45 kg max). • The charges for water, gas and electricity are included in the hiring fee of a mobile home ; you will be charge for an abnormal use. • The maximum number of persons (babies and children included) occupying a mobile home should not be exceeded (mh 3 rooms max. 4 adults and 2 or 3 children depending on type and mh 2 rooms max. 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 or 3 children depending on type). Pitch : In July and August, we will take in consideration only reservation for at least 7 days. All the pitches are electrified (10A). • Maximum 4 persons on the place, except in confirmed case of a family (parents and children) with a maximum of 6 persons, and maximum 2 tents (one big and one small or 2 small). 1. Arrival - • Pitch can be occupied starting from 2 pm. • The rental of a mobile home starts from 3 pm. The reception is done until 7 pm (low season) and 8 pm (high season). • If you would like to arrive on the morning, you will have to reserve the previous night, possible only during low season, depending on availabilities and after agreement of the management. Mobile home : A deposit of 200 € for the mobile home (to be paid by credit card or in cash) and a deposit of 60 € for the cleaning (by cash only) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned at the end of the stay, after deducting the possible damage and/or missing and cleaning fees if the location is not delivered up in the best possible clean status or if the tenant smoked inside the mobile home. In no case the key of the mobile home can be given without the both deposits. An inventory list (with price) has to be verified and given back in the 24h. Then any complaints will not be taken in consideration. • Guests or additional persons have to be registered at the reception, but only the persons registered at the reservation can stay on the campsite and make the most of the facilities (swimming-pool area strictly forbidden for non customers of the campsite). 2. During your stay - It is the customer's responsibility to take out insurance ; the Domaine de Gil accepts no responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc, or in the event of any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the client. • All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them. 3. Departure - • Pitches should be vacated before 12 am. It has to be clean, any damages will be charged. • Rental accommodation should be vacated between 8.30 am and 11.00 am in high season and 9.00 am and 11.00 am in low season. • The rental accommodation will be inspected. You have to take an appointment at the reception within 72 hours before your departure. If it is left entirely clean without any missing or damaged items, the deposit shall be refunded to you. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit. • If the rented accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of 60 € will be charged. • For any delayed departure, an additional day may be charged at the price applicable for that night. Conditions of payment - • For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay booked must be paid at the time of the booking, plus booking fees (22 €) and eventually the cancellation insurance. • The total amount of the stay has to be paid for a booking under 7 days. • The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In the absence of payment of the balance within this time, your booking will be automatically cancelled in accordance with the cancellation conditions. • For bookings made less than 30 days before holiday starts, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. • Tourist tax not included in our tariffs. Payment accepted for the deposit and payment of the balance : credit card, and bank transfer. On site : credit card and cash. Cancellations and alterations - 1. Booking alterations - Modifications of your booking may be made, subject to availability and with the agreement of Domaine de Gil. 2. Cancellation : Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing the earlier possible. In absence of any notification from you regarding a change of arrival date (confirmed in writing by us by forwarding a new booking confirmation), the pitch or accommodation may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the contract and you will consequently forfeit your booking. 3. Cancellation by Domaine de Gil - In the event of cancellation by Domaine de Gil, the stay will be reimbursed in full except in case of force majeure. The cancellation shall not however incur the payment of damages and interest. 4. Cancellation by the customer - Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing (letter with recorded delivery). If cancellation occurs : • More than 30 days before the start of the holiday : the prepaid deposit shall be retained by Domaine de Gil. • Less than 30 days before the start of the holiday : The full cost of the holiday shall be retained by Domaine de Gil. 5. Unused facilities - Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not give rise to reimbursement. A cancellation and interruption insurance can be closed on a voluntary basis and needs to be settled at the same time as the deposit payment. Subscribing to this insurance, you are guaranteed under certain circumstances. The conditions and limits of this insurance are available upon request. Pets - Pets are allowed within conditions : • Pets are not allowed in high season. • One single domestic animal is allowed on the pitch only in low season and on condition that it has been given up during the reservation. • Pets are not allowed in mobile home. • They must be kept on lead at all times and owners must remove stains caused. • The vaccination certificates of your pet must be up-to-date. • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool area and shops. • Dogs of the 1st and 2nd category (please refer to French legislation) and guard dogs are not allowed on the campsite. • The owner will be held responsible for any nuisance and/or damage caused by his pet, any damage will be charged to him. In case of too much nuisance, the campsite keeps the right to ask the owner to leave the pitch, without reimbursement. Responsibility of the campsite - The client acknowledges that the Domaine de Gil may not be held responsible for any false information supplied by its partners or by any third party that might be specified in its brochures or on its websites, concerning residential premises, and particularly its photographs, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and dates of operation. All photographs and text used in the brochures or on the websites do not form part of any contractual obligation. They are for information purposes only. Certain activities and facilities offered by Domaine de Gil and specified in the brochure description may be cancelled, particularly as a result of weather conditions or for reasons of force majeure, as defined by French law. Domaine de Gil can not be responsible for fortuitous event, force majeure (weather disaster) or nuisance that would disturb, interrupt or stop your stay. The management declines any responsibility for theft or accident, and/or incident between campers during your stay. The Domaine de Gil can not held responsible for damages caused or endured by campers' vehicles parked or in circulation. Image rights - You expressly authorize the campsite without any compensation, to use any photographs that may have been taken of yourself and/or your children during your stay, in any form or on any medium, for the campsite's advertising requirements. If you do not agree with, please write to Domaine de Gil, stating your full name and address. Data–processing and liberties - The information you provide us with at the time of your booking will not be transmitted to any third party. Domaine de Gil shall treat this information as confidential. It shall be used solely by Domaine de Gil internal services for processing your booking and to enhance and personalize communication and the services offered to clients concerning your centers of interest. In accordance with the data-processing and liberties law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, amend and change personal data relating to you. To do this, simply write to Domaine de Gil, stating your full name and address. Complaints - All complaints related to the conditions of your stay should be expressed during your stay to Domaine de Gil, enabling the management to find an immediate solution. In case of a difference, only the law court of Aubenas will be competent. To this agreement French law will be applicable.
