Pré Fixe camping 4*

We used this site as a cycling base for forays into the Pyrenees and for easier local riding circuits. It avoided being trapped in any particular valley and wasn't too far to drive to the start of some of the famous col routes. The site was friendly, well-organised, easy to book online and very clean. Bread could be pre-ordered each day and supermarkets in St Gaudens were 12 km away. The empalcements are nicely shaded which was essential for such a hot summer. The site was busier and noisier than we would have liked, but only because it is a focus for families using the pool and the supervised childrens activities. It is definitely not a quiet retreat in the french countryside.

Camping que je conseille fortement, à taille humaine, accueillants, belle piscine chauffée :), idéale pour les enfants.

Camping agréable gérant très sympa et disponible mais plus pour des tentes terrain très pentu.

Très bon camping bel accueil bien arboré.

Tranquille, tout ce qu'il y a de sympathique, des exploits culinaires mémorables, des vins de grande qualité et de belles radonnées pour retrouver la ligne. Nous reviendrons.

Piscine chauffée très appréciée, camping très ombragé, chalet très spacieux et bien équipé.

Vermits er niet zo veel toeristen waren was het uitzonderlijk rustig, wat wij wel heel aangenaam vonden. Alles was proper. Misschien wel kussens op de stoelen bij het zwembad. Ook het eten was lekker.
