Mid-July, you absolutely must go to Arpajon-sur-Cère for its famous Truffade Day. This typical Auvergnat dish made with tomme and potatoes is the occasion of two days of festivity. On the program, hikes, picnic, aperitif of honor, but also fireworks, parade of velocipedes, music, contest of the biggest eater of truffade preceded of the contest of peeling.
