Municipality located equidistant from Morcenx and Mont-de-Marsan, Ygos-Saint-Saturnin is characterized by an important industrial base related to the activity logging. But Ygos-Saint-Saturnin is also a city with ancient history and a sport rich in natural and its many associations.

In the old spelling Igot, IGOS. Seems to come from the Gascon goe "source pool". Things to see and do

Note the fountain in the square, the hall-inspired Popular Front. The Church of St. Peter maintains a bedside book, a cross to Renaissance-style high altar designed by a monk of the Abbey of Belloc.

Recommended Walks in Tuc-Auros fountain and St. Clair area known as the chapel (CAPER). North of the village is the "Caper", formerly Our Lady of aross decorated with remarkable murals. The chapel close to the healing springs of St. Clair, known for the sick, lame and rheumatism. The local saying said: "Lous maus cougnats bagna that will go to the loo Cape Hun Sen Cla.
