At an altitude of 600 meters, the common Veyrières, bordered to the west by the gorges of the Dordogne and south by the valley of the Sumène, is a rural community of just over 130 inhabitants. The Veyrie: It is good to walk on the town but there is also good fishing at the site of the Veyrie. It has been developed with the creation of a pier and cemented with the opening of a path shaded shore of 300-400 meters, lined with linden trees. To access the Veyrie, the village, follow the direction of Furlange and arriving in the village, turn right and then down to about 3 km. In this descent, offers not only a magnificent view of a space covered with heather but also pleased to see the majestic rock Peyrus. Accessible by 4x4.
