Things to see and do

The Saint-Christophe church proposes to admire in its breast an apse registered to the Historical Monuments since the first half of the XXth century.

Registered with the Monuments Historiques for its lodging, its commons and its conciergerie, the castle of Breuil dates from the beginning of the 15th century. Rebuilt in the 17th century, it is today a private property.

The castle of Vernon now houses an interesting automobile museum. In particular, amateurs will be able to discover fifty sedans, cabriolets, coupés, sports cars and fire engines dating from 1920 to the present day. Renovated recently, it dates from the 17th century.

Marked hiking trails allow you to appreciate the fauna and the flora of the surroundings, notably on the plateau of Fontcoudreau. Natural zone of ecological, faunistic and floristic interest, it reveals in particular a fauna of amphibians of great interest, like green frog or marble triton. The wood of Vernon is also a natural site perfect for quiet and pleasant walks.
