Le Jardin du Bois Marquis classified Remarkable Garden, the show offers an arboretum with approximately 800 deciduous, coniferous and fifty three thousand different plants, an area of 5.5 hectares. Yet it is not an arboretum, a synonym for collection, but simply the presentation of the preferred species of its creator. This garden is the work of a man who devoted decades of his life to make it rich in the varieties and welcoming atmosphere that prevails.
A walk between groves of trees or shrubs naturally leads hikers into a large pond with an area of about 8,000 m² on which frolic a hundred different breeds of ducks. By the way, you will discover and learn about different trees from which hangs a small sign with the name or the variety of its wearer.
Grouped by variety, whether acers or maples, oaks, liquidambars, prunus or others, you will discover the beauty bark, admirable in all seasons, but also leaves whose colors are constantly changing during the year and that will give you an idea of what an Indian summer in other lands.

Parking "visitors" is available along the road for two or three vehicles but instead of Vernioz, 150 meters from the garden, offers all parking options.
