Located in Valréas, in the Vaucluse, the Cardboard and Printing Museum traces the history of the methods of manufacturing and printing the cardboard box in the capital of French cardboard. Unique in France, the site reveals in particular models of the famous draft boxes invented here and used in particular for perfumery, jewellery, confectionery, pharmacy or even the import of silkworm seeds.
Visitors can also discover old lithographs, a reconstruction of a manufacturing workshop and a bookstore-shop at the Cardboard and Printing Museum. A temporary thematic exhibition is also offered each year.
