Located in the heart of the medieval enclosure, the Cloister Museum occupies the remains of the Benedictine Saint-Martin monastery of Tulle, classified as a Historic Monument. Attached to the cathedral, its Gothic cloister (13th century) is remarkable for the purity of its arcades and its chapter house with 14th century murals. The cloister museum offers a program of temporary exhibitions on the history and heritage of the city of Tulle. These exhibitions are accompanied by educational workshops.
