Things to see and do

Treillières has an important religious heritage to discover during a stay in the area. It is possible to discover the Saint-Symphorien church restored in the first half of the nineteenth century and neoclassical style with its bell pear very rare in the region. Be sure not to admire the chapel of Our Lady of Donations built in the fourteenth century and restored in the fifteenth by Duke Francis II.

Strolling down the streets of the city, you will discover throughout your visit a beautiful built heritage as the fountain of Saint-Symphorien the fifth century, the mill Launais, bread ovens or the castle of Gesvres seventeenth century, Upper Gesvres Castle nineteenth and castles Fayau Champaux, the Louinière and the River.

Several hiking trails accessible in and around the town allows to enjoy the local flora and fauna, as well as stunning views of the peaks.

Events and festivities

The market is held every Thursday and Sunday morning.

In June, Treill'Air Fest is the opportunity to enjoy concerts for the festival of music and various entertainment for the whole family.
