Ranked historic monument, the Protestant temple Salin takes place on the eponymous square in the heart of Toulouse. Considered one of the largest Protestant buildings in the Pink City, is housed in the former Royal Treasury, a beautiful building of the thirteenth century that has seen many changes over the centuries.
Dismantled during the Revolution, the royal treasury is occupied by nuns in the early nineteenth century before becoming the twentieth century a Protestant place of worship. Today we can admire, in addition to the red brick facade, neoclassical windows, a carved pink or stained glass Calmels.
