The Saint-Jory hotel was built around 1545 Baragnon Cross Street in the historic center of Toulouse for the magistrate Michel Dufaur of Saint-Jory.
In 1770, the building was purchased by the family of Castellane which proceed with the destruction of Saint-Jory hotel to build a new building in neoclassical style. It consists of several buildings arranged around two courtyards. It is distinguished also by his monumental gate and ironwork.
