The mansion Nupces is located rue de la Bourse, in the historic center of Toulouse.
It was built in the early eighteenth century on behalf of Jean-Georges Nupces, counselor and president of the parliament of the city. The building was then property of various lawyers then referred to the Revolution before being sold to a merchant. Less maintained and even left time to retire, the hotel was bought in 1992 by a promoter that initiates restoration and landscape housing and offices. Protected as historic monuments, the building is private but first hotel example made between courtyard and garden Toulouse can be observed from the outside: the wall street side cabinet is an oculus and with a carriage door framed by brick uprights supporting a semicircular arch and a cornice adorned with a carved head. In the courtyard, the classical facade has Ionic and Corinthian pilasters. The main building also has a staircase to the French and one notices a balcony with wrought iron gate.
