Former College of the University of Toulouse the Foix college takes place between Antoine Deville streets, Jean-Antoine-Romiguières, Acts and the College de Foix and takes its name from its founder, Pierre de Foix. Created in the mid-fifteenth century, it was used at the time to receive stock.
Closed after the French Revolution, it hosts the nineteenth century the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Compassion and still continues to fulfill its mission and is considered the oldest European Students of residence.
Listed historic monument, the College of Foix is almost entirely made of bricks, especially with a beautiful keystone of arms of Pierre de Foix.
