5 km from Blesle, the town is located on the left bank of the Alagnon for the most part. Between 485 meters and 750 meters above sea level, it offers a tormented relief of plateaus and valleys. The sides of the valleys facing south were laid out in terraces to cultivate vines and fruit trees.
