Tiercé

While strolling in the heart of Tiercé, you will be able to discover the 19th century Cimbré castle, the 19th century secular school for boys or even several manors, farms and other residences from the 17th and 18th centuries.

The town also has an interesting religious heritage represented by the Saint-Marcel-de-Chalon church from the 19th century, a vast building with a bell tower-porch more than fifty meters high, the chapel of the Oratory, neo-Gothic building from the 19th century, or the Maquillé chapel from the second half of the 20th century.

To admire the surrounding landscapes and make the most of sunny days, the town of Tiercé has several marked hiking trails, including the GRP des Basses vallées angevines going from Angers to Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe along the banks of the Sarthe.

The weekly market is held every Wednesday morning.

Concerts are organized in June on the occasion of the Fête de la Musique.

In mid-July, place at the Entrecôte festival with its meal, its shows, its popular ball and its fireworks.

A Christmas market is offered at the end of the year.
