Marina Ripaille (often called Port Ripaille) is located on the southern shore of Lake Geneva, north of the territory of Thonon-les-Bains towards Evian.
It has the specificity of having been built as part of a marina itself at the edge of a forest estate overlooking the lake and that once belonged to the castle Ripaille, built in the fifteenth century.
High-class residential buildings (550 dwellings in total) are built along canal platforms or inlets, according to the so-called "waterfront housing" formula.
Adjoining a nature reserve, the marina Ripaille in the heart of a property of 33 hectares is private but it welcomes boaters passing. It has 20 places for visitors boats for 20 euros per night (note, the stopover is limited to 2 nights maximum in July and August). The reservation is obligatory.
Among the services offered at the port, water and electricity, sanitary facilities, access to the clubhouse.
The public marina of Thonon-les-Bains, spa facilities, beaches and other leisure facilities are less than 1 km away. On site, shops and restaurants are accessible.
