The easternmost town of the Pays de Fayence, in the Var, Tanneron takes place about a hundred kilometers from Toulon and its harbor. On the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes, it is located not far from the perfume capital, Grasse, or Mandelieu-la-Napoule.
Located in the middle of its yellow forests rich in mimosas, the municipality of Tanneron has been occupied since Antiquity. But it was not until the end of the 18th century and a major fire that ravaged most of its forests for it to develop an economy that is still flourishing today, the cultivation of mimosa, which makes its neighbor, Grasse, happy.
Also turned towards tourism, with the development of numerous leisure businesses, Tanneron offers its visitors an architectural heritage of great wealth which nestles in the middle of a flourishing and authentic nature.
