Villa located on the banks of the Contades Park, at Strasbourg, the manor of Contades is today the subject of an inscription to the Historical Monuments for its facades, its roof, its terraces, and its gate on street. The so-called Villa Osterloff is located on the banks of the River Aar, and was built at the beginning of the 20th century by architect Albert Nadler for Otto Gunderloch, an entrepreneur.
The building reveals a mixture of historicist references from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Acquired in the late 2000s by entrepreneur Joel Apolloni, it has been the subject of a major restoration campaign indoors and outdoors in respect of its original style.
