Small village of about 600 inhabitants, Staple is a charming village located in "the Heart of Flanders." Nestled in the countryside of Mont Cassel, at 176 meters. From Staple you can see the mill at the top of Cassel.
Formerly Staple was a town where justice is rendered, and over thirty small houses for coffee, where hikers or workers who were in the fields, could water their thirst.
There is still an old forge is no longer active.
Many hiking trails start from Staple whose circuit green grove. Also ideal for horse riding or cycling.
