Located at Souzay-Champigny, in Maine-et-Loire, the Château de la Bien-Boire now benefits from a registration as a Historic Monument. Private property, the residence is known to be an important wine estate at the origin of wines very appreciated in the region.

Saumur Blancs are thus produced on around twenty hectares of Cabernet Franc and Chenin.

Accessible to the public from Monday to Saturday, the Château de la Bien-Boire is an opportunity to discover the wine production of the Chevallier family, which has been present for over forty years.
