The Filitosa archeological site

Filitosa is an archaeological site located in Sollacaro, in the Taravo valley, in Corse-du-Sud.

The site was occupied from the Early Neolithic to the Middle Ages, but mainly during the Bronze Age.

It comprises three Torrean monuments and thirteen statue-menhirs belonging to the Corsican group.

High place of Prehistory in Corsica, Filitosa is a site animated by 8000 years of human history.
