Today in ruins, the Château du Verger de Seiches-sur-le-Loir dates from the 15th century. From this modern building, it is now only possible to admire the imprint of the old castle and its forecourt, the fence walls of the park, the stables or even the lands of the convent and the facades and roofs of the former priory dwelling from the 16th century.
Part of the gatehouse and two buildings in the forecourt of the Château du Verger remain visible from the road.
