City Sainte-Foy-la-Grande is a country house located on the banks of the Dordogne River in central Foyen country, bordering the vineyards of Monbazillac, Duras and Saint-Emilion and the crossroads of three departments that are the Gironde, Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne. Also, at the crossroads of customs and traditions, discover the walled city of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande thirteenth century, founded in 1255 by Alphonse de Poitiers. Protestant city of the sixteenth century, it has undergone many successive influences. By borrowing the lanes of the city, you will discover the remains of the speakers, the typical arcades of the houses, the central square and many half-timbered houses of the fifteenth century.
