Lot new town in Occitan region Barguelonne-en-Quercy takes place about twenty kilometers from Cahors, near Cambayrac, Cézac and St. Juliet. She was born on January 1, 2019 from the merger of Bagat-en-Quercy, Saint-Daunès and Saint Pantaleon.
Very old, the territory of Barguelonne-en-Quercy experienced human occupation for many centuries already as evidenced by the early Christian sarcophagi found in St. Daunès.
