Small village of a few hundred inhabitants, Saint-Maurice-d'Ardèche is in Ardèche, in the Rhône-Alpes region, halfway between Aubenas and Ruoms. It borders of Vogue, a nice lively green resort.
Formerly called Saint Maurice Terlin the ground flax Saint-Maurice-d'Ardèche was founded in the eleventh century, around a convent of Benedictine nuns. If he has now closed, it remains to admire some remains in this charming village.
