On the heights of Saint-Martory (Mancioux road), you will see the first castle of the family of Montpezat dating from the 11th century., One of the oldest families of Comminges. By the late Middle Ages, the family settled in the plains and built the castle situated on the Garonne. You can see it from the Place Nationale.

You will cross the Garonne on the three-arched bridge. It was built between 1724-1727 has built a gate constituting the defenses of the ancient city.
