Located in the town of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in Vendée, the Atlantic racecourse takes place in front of the ocean, in the dunes of the Pays-de-Monts forest. Founded at the start of the 20th century, it offers a breathtaking view of the Ile d'Yeu and offers one of the best slopes in the West.
Having undergone many improvements in recent years, the racecourse now offers a cross-country course, more comfortable stands and more boxes for the horses. Equipped with a restaurant open on horse-racing days, it also hosts semi-nocturnal meetings with entertainment every summer Sunday from mid-July to the end of August.
