Name of inhabitants: Belliregardinois.
Area: 389 hectares of which 10% urbanized.
Population: 265 inhabitants.
Located at 28 km from Paris, this is a typical village still devoted to agriculture, but is best known for its castle still inhabited Louis 13th and open to visitors on Sunday in fine weather.
The now famous annual Festival of perennials in the spring, and the Feast of fruits and vegetables of yesterday and today are held in autumn in the park and outbuildings of the castle and attract twice a year some 20,000 visitors from across Europe.
The castle was a beautiful view over the valley and the plain Salmouille Marcoussis, hence the name "Beauregard".
The hamlet of Villeziers has beautiful farms, a drinker and a former washhouse. That of the Grange-aux-Moines is home to a dynamic equestrian center.
A pedestrian can cross the 35 CD to access the Mall 2 Ulis, well served by a dense network of buses, and the town of Les Ulis.
