Located opposite the abbey, this building significant date for the twelfth and thirteenth centuries. According to tradition, it was the birthplace of Pope Clement IV 1265 to 1268. Listed in 1862, the house is particularly notable for its twin windows front and sculpted ornaments (rosettes, lozenges, capitals). To date, it represents the best preserved Romanesque house Saint-Gilles.
