Listed in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments, the former artillery barracks of Saint-Denis of Reunion Island was created in the first half of the 19th century, facing the sea, on the initiative of Baron Milius.
For many years, the building hosted the regional headquarters of the Overseas Network, first before being bought out and becoming at the end of the 2010s a studio platform. The site also now houses a performance hall and a restaurant.
