Castine-en-Plaine

Listed historical monument, the Church of Our Lady of Hubert-Folie was built between the twelfth and thirteenth century. Originally governed by the Abbaye aux Hommes Caen, it has a beautiful Romanesque choir with buttresses, an altarpiece of the seventeenth century frescoes or shaped device. Be sure not to borrow the avenue of lime trees of the castle, a listed site today.

Originally the eighteenth century, the Saint-Denis of Tilly-la-Campagne was rebuilt in the early 1960s following the horrors of World War II.

Built in the twelfth century, the Saint Martin church Rocquancourt worth a stop with its steeple stone of the early twentieth century.

In April, a hunt for Easter eggs is proposed.

• Inauguration of the RN158 Goodwood memorial site for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy. - Passing on the memory - The Goodwood 1944 committee proposes a historical reading of the battles between Caen, Colombelles, Ranville, Falaise and Montormel, putting cemeteries, memorial sites and museums into perspective. The aim is to provide a pedagogical link between the RN158 site and these places, so that young people can pass on their memories.
