The church of Notre -Dame- de- la- Tronchaye :
Curiously situated below the city, it was built on a slope. Inside, the pillars show a landslide fortunately controlled. The two windows of 1926 and 1927 are extremely colorful and bright. The wooden stalls recall the presence of a college in the 16th century canon. Monument dating from the 12th and 16th centuries, admire its Gothic style facade and Romanesque bell tower.
Open to the public throughout the year from 10am to 18pm.
It is amazing monument Rochefort-en-Terre. The medieval fortress from the 12th century, remains today the walls and doors. Common, saved the Revolution, Alfred Klots, American painter of the early 20th century, has led, in stages, a new castle is now the property of the municipality of Rochefort-en-Terre.
No visit to the castle but the park is open access.

Guided tours for groups are available all year on request from the Office of Tourism. It also organizes guided tours for individuals in July and August, every Thursday morning at 10:30 am and during the illuminations December, Fridays and Saturdays at 17:30.
