Castle of Chatenet

Monument in Rétaud

Consisting of a quadrangle with a front porch and four fortified towers partly in ruins, the castle was built Chatenet the 15th century. A house 50 meters in length was implanted between two towers in the 17th century. The dungeon is a historical monument and all buildings are included in the inventory of historical monuments.
