Housed in the 17th and 18th century buildings of the former royal abbey of Saint-Remi, the Saint-Remi de Reims museum offers visitors the opportunity to discover incredible archaeological and artistic collections tracing the history of the city to the ancient and medieval times.
Within a site listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is possible to admire historical models, everyday objects or even reconstructions, through a recently modernized route. Crossing the 18th century cloister, the old refectories and kitchens, the tapestries room or the chapter house, history buffs follow in the footsteps of those of Clovis or Saint Rémi.
Temporary thematic exhibitions are also regularly organized each year to highlight the entire heritage of the Saint-Remi de Reims museum.
