Rural commune of the Rhône, in the Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes region, Quincieux takes place about twenty kilometers from Lyon and its famous Tête d'Or park. It is located not far from Neuville-sur-Saône, Civrieux and Ambérieux.
Ideally located on the banks of the Saône, Quincieux covers nearly 1,800 hectares and has developed since Antiquity near major traffic routes.
