Considered a neo-Palladian villa located in Port-Saint-Père, in Loire-Atlantique, the Château de Granville was built in the first half of the 19th century by Étienne Jean-Baptiste Blon. Listed as a Historic Monument with its outbuildings, it reveals very beautiful Italian-inspired architecture from the 16th century.
The exterior of Granville Castle, a beautiful 19th century English-style park with winding paths, is accessible during European Heritage Days. A neo-Gothic style chapel completes this ensemble.
