Pocé-sur-Cisse is a town in the department of Indre-et-Loire, in the Center-Val de Loire region.
At the gates of Amboise, it is one of the ten wine-growing towns of the Touraine-Amboise appellation of origin (AOC) area.
The name "Poceium de spinetis sanctæ mariæ", a sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin Mary dates from 1157. It evolved into Poce at the beginning of the 13th century and became Pocé-sur-Cisse on August 23, 1920.
