Things to see and do

The cliffs of Plouha are the highest in Brittany, they dominate the bay of Saint-Brieuc for 14 km and offer magnificent panoramic views.

The GR 34 which follows the path of the customs officers will make you discover grand sites, the majestic flight of seagulls or silvery gulls and the dives of cormorants.

You can choose between five magnificent beaches: Palus beach, Gwin-Zegal beach, Port Moguer beach, Bonaparte beach and Brehec beach.

Gwin Zegal, a natural shelter for boats, is the last ancestral type of anchorage in Europe.

All the sea sports are practicable: sailing, canoeing, fishing in sea or on foot...

Numerous sporting and cultural activities will be proposed by the association Cap Armor.

According to your desires, your mood, you can choose the vivifying air of the coast or the peaceful and intimate setting of walks in the hollow paths of the countryside: 290 km of marked trails await you. In summer, the local hiking clubs welcome you for group excursions, commented, discovering a heritage, witnessing stories... Whichever type of walk you choose, the paths will lead you to Very pretty villages abundantly flowered hydrangeas.

Do not miss the visit of the chapel of Kermaria-an-Iskuit (house of Mary which makes the health). Classified as a historical monument, it dates from the 13th century and served as a necropolis, and there are paintings devoted to death: the Danse Macabre.
