Peyragudes

Family ski resort, Peyragudes takes place in the towns of Gouaux-de-Larboust and Germ, the departments of Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrenees. It is not far from Cathervielle, Poubeau and St. Aventine.

News Member of the Pyrenees chain, Peyragudes station is the result of the merger of the former stations Peyresourde and Agudes in 1988. Surrounded by peaks of 3000 meters, in the heart of the Pyrenees, it appeals to lovers of skiing as much as lovers of unspoiled nature with its landscapes and its exceptional quality infrastructure.

The two villages that welcome also have an interesting architectural heritage to discover during a stay in the area or sports family holiday.

Set between 1600 and 2400 meters, the Peyragudes station offers visitors fifty green, blue, red and black. The site also has seventeen ski lifts, 230 snow cannons and seven groomers. winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the boardercross, the Airboard or speed riding before going into an expansion of infrastructure present on the Commons.

Including one that served as a filming location in the James Bond film, Tomorrow Never Dies, in the late 1990s is also the opportunity to enjoy two beautiful churches, St. Exupère of Gouaux-de-Larbourst and The Invention -de-Saint-Etienne, in Germ. Built in the seventeenth century, it has a lovely Romanesque style and a beautiful altarpiece classified as an object. Be sure not to get to the chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows.
